Continio is a continuity-focused AI chat service designed to preserve conversational context across sessions. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Continio to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malicious software
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Use the service for unlawful surveillance

We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

5. AI Limitations

Continio uses AI systems that may produce incorrect or incomplete information. AI responses are not professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made using the service.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time - access continues until the end of the billing period. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled according to our .

7. Founder Plan Terms

Founder plans are limited-availability offers. Benefits include price lock and early feature access. Founder status does not grant ownership, equity, or decision-making authority.

8. Data & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using Continio, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

9. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Continio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or decisions made using AI output. Use the service at your own risk.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions

All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins. This includes the Founders plan.

You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Free Trial

Continio offers a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the selected plan. We do not provide refunds for charges that occur after the trial period ends.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Service outages lasting more than 48 hours
  • Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve within 7 days
