What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your trial includes everything. After 30 days you can continue on the free tier (20 stored memories, 30-day history, no workspace or import) or upgrade. No card is required to start.
What is the Founders tier?
Founders is a limited-availability offer for early members. You get Pro or Max at a lower price, locked for life — even when prices rise later. Founders also get early access to new features and a direct say in what ships next. Once spots are taken, this tier closes permanently.
What are tokens and when do I need to buy more?
Every AI response uses a small amount of your monthly message budget. Pro includes 1,000 messages/month, Max includes 2,000. If you go over, you can buy additional bundles: $6 per 250 messages on Pro, $5 per 250 on Max. Usage is visible in Settings. Most users never hit their limit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop to the free tier. We don’t do aggressive retention flows. See our refund policy for edge cases.
What happens to my memory and files if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. Anchors above the 20 limit won’t be deleted — they just won’t be actively used. Workspace files are retained but not accessible on the free tier. Everything comes back when you upgrade.
