What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your trial includes everything: full memory, all messages, workspace, history import. After 30 days you choose a plan. A card is required to start your trial, but nothing is charged during the 30 days. You'll get a reminder email 7 days before your trial ends. Cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged.
What does Basic include?
Basic gives you core chat with 300 messages per month, 50 stored memory anchors, 30-day conversation history, and per-conversation file uploads. Workspace is not included but available as an add-on ($3 per 25 MB). Message top-ups are also available ($8 per 250 messages). For history import with memory extraction, or higher message counts, Pro is the right tier.
What are the Founders tiers?
Founders is a limited-availability offer for early members. Founder Pro gives you everything in Pro at $160/yr, locked for life, which works out at $13.33/mo against a regular Pro price of $24/mo. Founder Max gives you everything in Max at $280/yr, locked for life, which is $23.33/mo against a regular Max price of $48/mo. Both include early feature access and a direct say in what ships next. Once spots are gone, this tier closes permanently.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
All plans can top up at any time for $8 per 250 messages. You can see your usage in Settings. Most users never come close to their monthly limit.
What add-ons are available?
Two add-ons are available on any plan: 25 MB Workspace Storage at $3 per block, and 250 Message Top-up at $8. Both can be purchased from Settings inside the app.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. If you cancel you keep access until the end of your billing period. See our refund policy for edge cases.
What happens to my memory and files if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. Anchors above your plan limit won't be deleted, they just won't be actively used until you upgrade again. Workspace files are retained but not accessible on Basic.
Is my data safe?
Your conversations and files belong to you. We don't use them to train AI models, sell them to third parties, or inject them silently. Read more on the Trust page.
