If you've got a ChatGPT or Claude export, drop it in via Settings then Import. It gives Continio actual material to work with from the start, instead of having to learn you from scratch. Worth doing on day one.
Don't test it on a one-liner. Talk about something you're actually working on. Then open a new chat the next day and refer back to it. That's the moment you'll feel the difference.
